Looking for a Lady

Just a bit ago, we received yet another notice of a lost cat in the area.

This one goes by the name of Lady. She's a gray tabby with no collar.

Her human said she's timid but does respond to her name, Lady, and kissy sounds.

The human lives near the corner of Lakewood Boulevard and Lakeshore Drive.

E-mail us if you've seen Lady or have information about where she might be, and we'll call the cat's human.End of story

Another cat missing from Huff Trail. Two people have reported seeing a pair of coyotes near Williamson Rd & Sperry in the past few weeks. Maybe they've moved on by now.

Good news about LADY: I (Lakewood Pet Watch)was contacted about Lady missing last week. The next day I got another email from a neighbor on Lakewood Blvd. who told me about a cat that had been picked up by Animal Control. The story I got was that the cat was at a neighbor's house and was cornered by their dog. When their little girl tried to pick up the cat, it bit her, so the family - not knowing who the cat belonged to - called Animal Control. I was very concerned that this cat could be Lady, so I passed the news on right away, and sure enough it was! They were able to go down to the Animal Shelter and rescue her, and were very relieved to get her back home! A successful Pet Watch story.
